The Brief: Beauty, Function — and a Whole Lot of Slope

Narrow frontage.
Steep access.

It’s the kind of property that could make even seasoned designers pause.

But instead of shrinking the vision, the team leaned in. And the result? A front entry that draws you in with texture, depth and shape — leading the eye through each design moment with intention. The entry feels spacious, considered, and welcoming — exactly what the home needed to make its first impression count.

The Back: Purpose, Play, and Elevated Simplicity

At the rear of the property, the brief shifted:
Low maintenance. Family-friendly. Year-round usability.

The answer?
A heated concrete pool, cleverly positioned off to one side to create a flat play area for the kids. The garden is simple, elegant, and easy — thanks to thoughtful design and artificial turf. Elevated planter boxes and floating steps tie everything together in a way that feels modern, calm, and elevated.

And the best part?
It’s designed to last — visually and functionally.
